1. Shipping - All shipments are sent UPS ground from Connecticut. Your order should arrive between three and seven business days. All orders are processed within 48 hours. Expedited and international shipping can be arranged for an additional charge. Please call our customer service number 646-486-1331. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

2. Returns & Exchanges - Merchandise may be exchanged within 14 business days in original condition including all tags attached and packaging. 15% restocking fee. Customers must pay for shipping on returned items.
